Why is liquid leaking from my fondue set?

If liquid is leaking, stop using the fondue and unplug it before checking anything else. Leaks are often caused by overfilling, a pot that is not seated correctly or movement on the worktop, but any liquid near the electrical parts needs caution. 1. Check the fill level first

Damage can make leaks worse and create an electrical hazard.

4. Keep the appliance steady

1. Use a level, non-slip surface.
2. Do not move the fondue while it contains hot liquid.
