If the bubble effect is weak, uneven or only appears in parts of the bath, the water level, placement and selected function are the first things to check. Stop using the appliance at once if the unit leaks, sounds strained, or the water reaches the control area.
- Confirm the water is filled to the correct level. Too little water can reduce the bubble effect, while too much water can interfere with normal operation.
- Make sure the appliance is on a flat, stable surface. If it is tilted, the airflow or bubbling may appear weak on one side.
- Check whether the selected setting includes bubbling or vibration. Some combinations may activate only part of the available functions.
- Rinse and dry the unit after use to remove residue that could block the outlet or diffuser area, but do not open the housing.
If the bubbles remain weak or irregular after these checks, or if the appliance behaves differently each time, stop using it and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased. Do not insert tools into the air outlet or internal parts.
