Why does my shaver battery run out so quickly?

If your shaver battery seems to drain too fast, the issue is often linked to charging habits, storage or a battery that no longer holds charge well. You can check a few simple things before deciding the product needs further attention.

1. Confirm the battery is fully charged. Charge the shaver for the full time stated in the supplied instructions. Short charges often give the impression of weak battery life even when the battery is healthy.
2. Check whether the cutting head is clogged. Hair build-up can force the motor to work harder and drain the battery faster. Switch off, disconnect and clean the head with the supplied brush.
3. Review how the shaver is used. Very thick hair, repeated passes or heavy pressure can shorten runtime. Use light, steady strokes and let the blades do the work.
4. Inspect for age-related battery decline. If runtime has become much shorter over time and the charge indicator still behaves normally, the battery may simply be wearing out.
5. Store and recharge correctly. Keep the product dry and charge it only as described in the instructions. Avoid leaving it connected for longer than necessary unless the instructions say otherwise.

The expected result is a noticeably longer running time after a full charge. If runtime remains very short, or if the unit becomes hot, loses power abruptly or shows damage to the battery compartment, stop using it. Do not try to replace or open the battery yourself.
