If your underblanket feels lukewarm or slow to warm, the issue is often related to setup, room temperature or the chosen setting rather than a complete failure. The manuals indicate a normal heating period and multiple heat settings, so it helps to check those first before assuming the unit is faulty.
- Make sure the underblanket is spread flat on the mattress and is not bunched up under the fitted sheet. Expected result: contact with the body area should improve and the bed should feel warmer. If the blanket is badly creased, stop using the product.
- Increase the heat setting one step at a time and allow the blanket enough time to reach temperature. Expected result: the warmth should become more noticeable after the normal warm-up period. If the setting change makes no difference, continue with the next check.
- Check whether a timer, eco-like low setting or pre-set mode is limiting the heat. Expected result: the blanket should hold the selected level. If the controller does not respond clearly, stop using the blanket.
- Inspect the bedding above the blanket. Very thick layering can delay warming. Expected result: reducing heavy layers should improve heat transfer. If heat still seems weak, the product may need further investigation.
- If warmth remains much lower than expected, or if the blanket shows any visible damage or a loose connector, stop using it and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
