If the feeder no longer responds in the app, start by checking whether the device is still powered and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. App issues are often caused by network changes, a router restart or a temporary sign-in problem rather than a fault in the feeder itself.
Check connection and account access
- Confirm the feeder is plugged in and that the indicator light, if present, shows normal operation.
- Make sure your phone or tablet is online.
- Close the app completely and open it again.
Expected result: the feeder should return to the device list and respond to commands such as a manual feed or schedule check. If it does not, the connection may need to be set up again.
Try the connection again
- Restart your router.
- Check that the feeder is still on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Remove the feeder from the app only if you are able to add it again straight afterwards.
Stop using the product if: the feeder is not responding and you notice heat, damage to the cord or repeated power failure.
If the issue stays unresolved, or safe use is uncertain, stop using the product and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
