If moisture gets into a part of the shaver that is not meant to be wet, stop using it straight away. Water near electrical parts can create a shock risk and may also damage the motor or battery.
- Switch the appliance off immediately and disconnect it from charging or mains power.
- Dry the outside carefully with a soft cloth and leave the shaver to air-dry fully in a warm, safe place.
- Do not use heat sources such as a radiator, oven or hairdryer to speed up drying.
- Do not switch it back on until all visible moisture has gone and the product is fully dry.
- If water has reached the cable, plug, charger or battery compartment, stop using the product.
Expected result: the shaver should be completely dry before any further use. If it still shows signs of moisture, behaves oddly or will not charge normally, stop using it. Never open the housing or try to dry internal parts yourself.
If safe use is uncertain after the appliance has got wet, contact the retailer or store where the product was purchased.
