Why does my hair curler stop charging or showing a full battery?

If your rechargeable hair curler will not charge properly or never seems to reach full battery, the issue is often the cable, charger or charging connection rather than the styling part itself. Use only the supplied charging method and let the appliance charge exactly as instructed. If the battery still does not hold power for a normal session, stop using it and contact the retailer.

Check the charging setup

1. Use the supplied charger or cable, and connect it directly to a suitable wall socket.
2. Check that the charging plug is fully seated and not loose.
