Why does my dry iron need a different approach from my steam iron?

2. Use the supplied spray bottle if you need a little moisture for stubborn creases. Expected result: light dampening should help without needing steam.
3. Select one of the available adjustable settings before ironing. Expected result: the soleplate should warm to a suitable level for the fabric.
4. Use the soleplate cover when packing or travelling to protect the plate. Expected result: the ironing surface should stay cleaner and less scratched.
5. Stop using the appliance if you are unsure whether it is complete, if any accessory is missing, or if the cord, battery or casing is damaged. Contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
