Why does my decorative lamp look damaged after being moved around the home?

If the lamp looked fine before moving but now seems damaged, the movement may have loosened the bulb, stressed the lead or cracked a glass part. Stop using it at once if there is visible cracking, loose glass, exposed wiring or any sign of burning.

Inspect the lamp after moving it
