If water is collecting underneath the appliance, stop using it and unplug it before checking the source. Water and electricity can be dangerous together.
- Check the water tank. Remove and refit it carefully, then make sure it sits correctly.
- Check the jug and filter area. Confirm all removable parts are fitted as intended and not cracked.
- Check for leftover water. Some water may remain in internal spaces after use, but it should not drip continuously from the base.
- Dry the outside. Wipe away any spills and repeat the test with fresh water only.
Expected result: No new water should appear under the appliance during a normal brew.
When to stop: Stop immediately if water reaches the plug, cord, switch area, or underside of the appliance.
When to contact support: Contact support if the appliance still leaks after you have refitted the tank and checked the jug.
