The main reason your electric BBQ fails is a faulty thermostat. Here's how to check if your thermostat is still good:
- Plug in the thermostat and turn it fully open (warmest setting), when the light comes on, the thermostat is working properly.
Is the thermostat working properly? Then make sure it is deep enough into the socket of the BBQ otherwise it will not make contact with each other and the BBQ will not heat up.
