If you notice the night light no longer operates, then please check the below:
1. Check the socket.
Make sure the plug socket is turned on and working. When in doubt, try another product in the socket or move the night light to another socket. Plug the night light in and put the torch on the cradle, it should immediately light up.
2. Operating mode.
It is possible to turn off the PIR function. To enable or disable this, firstly make sure the socket is turned on, remove the torch from the cradle and dock it again, and the light will turn on. Allow the light to turn off automatically and the PIR operation is set and will operate once it gets dark.
To disable the PIR function, remove the torch from the cradle and dock it again. Then manually turn off the nightlight by using the button on the side while it is in the cradle. To turn it on again, remove the night light from the cradle and dock it again, and the light will turn on. Allow the light to turn off automatically.
3. It still does not work.
It is possible that the cradle has become faulty and the torch is no longer being charged. To test this, remove the torch from the cradle and dock it again, and the light should come on. If not, then the cradle is not powered or faulty.
Please contact our support teams by filling in the service request if this is the case, as the item would be faulty.
