Reporting Your Return
Before sending back your item, please report your return to us. You can do this by logging into your account and clicking on "My return request" in the left menu. Fill out the form completely and click on "Complete the request". Our customer service team will respond within two working days with the return address.
Returning Your Item
If you have reported your return on our website, you will receive an email with an RMA number and a link to the UPS website. You can print a label using your RMA number and track the progress of your return using the Track & Trace code you receive from UPS.
Make sure your item is properly packaged and include the delivery note in the package. Clearly indicate the return address on the outside of the package and deliver it to a UPS access point or have it collected from your home.
Once we receive your returned item, we will check it to ensure it meets the conditions for return. If it does, we will refund the value of the item within 30 days (excluding return shipping costs). We will send you an email to confirm the refund.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, such as headphones, toothbrushes, shaving or hair removal devices that are no longer in a sealed package. The item must be returned in its original, unused and undamaged condition, and preferably in the original packaging. For consumables such as batteries, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened. If you value the product in a way that is not legally permitted, we can claim the loss in value caused by the valuation. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items.
