If your Master Juicer is not pressing fruit properly, the usual causes are fruit that is too firm or unevenly cut, pulp build-up around the pressing parts, or a press lever that is not moving freely. Stop using the appliance if the lever sticks, the housing shifts or any part looks damaged.
- Unplug the juicer and check that it stands firmly on its non-slip feet. Expected result: the appliance should not move when you press the lever.
- Inspect the pressing cone, filter and surrounding parts for residue or blockage. Clean them thoroughly and dry them before reuse. Expected result: the fruit should press more evenly.
- Cut the fruit so it sits centrally and press steadily rather than forcing the lever. Expected result: juice should flow without excessive effort.
- Check whether the lever returns smoothly and does not bind. Expected result: the mechanism should move with controlled resistance, not stick.
- If the juicer still presses badly, stop using it and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
Do not place fingers near the pressing area and do not try to free a stuck lever by opening the housing. The appliance is designed for straightforward cleaning and should not need force to operate.
