If the press lever is not extracting juice well, the fruit may be positioned badly, the cone may be dirty, or the machine may not be standing firmly enough. This press-lever juicer has integrated handles, non-slip feet and dishwasher-proof parts, so a stable base and clean pressing surfaces are important. Stop using it if the lever feels stuck, the housing is loose, or any part cracks under pressure.
- Unplug the juicer and remove the cone and filter parts. Clean away pips, membranes and sticky residue, then dry the parts thoroughly. The expected result is smoother pressing and better juice flow.
- Place the juicer on a flat, dry surface and confirm the non-slip feet are gripping properly. If the body shifts while pressing, the worktop or feet may be the cause.
- Try halving a fruit and centring it on the cone before lowering the lever. If juice improves when the fruit is positioned centrally, the issue was technique rather than a fault.
- If the lever becomes hard to move, stop using the product immediately. Do not apply extra force, because that can damage the mechanism.
If pressing remains poor after cleaning, correct placement and steady operation, stop using the juicer and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
