How do I clean my baking tray?

Here are some tips on how to clean a baking tray. 

Please take note the plate must be cool (or almost cold).

Sprinkle baking soda on the griddle and add enough hot water and vinegar until it becomes a thick mixture. Leave this for an hour, after this you can easily remove all dirty and brown stains with a cloth. Just rinse and dry and you have a shiny plate again.

or

Put kitchen roll on the dirty plate, add some water (cold or hot) and a few drops of washing-up liquid. You can leave this overnight and the grease from the plate will now soak into the kitchen roll. After this, just rinse and dry and you have a shiny plate again.
