How do I remove the RM370 CO-detector from its wall plate?

Intro

• It may be unclear how to remove the detector from its wall plate. Please follow the steps below to do so.
  

Step 1

• Turn the detector around and take a look at its back.

Step 2

• Gently slide the wall place in a downwards motion. If at first, it does not seem to budge, apply a bit of force and you will see the wall place will detach itself from the CO-detector.
