Why does my wall heater not stay attached or sit level?

If a wall-mounted heater does not sit securely, do not keep using it as though it were fixed in place. A loose fit can affect both safety and performance, especially with heated appliances.

1. Check that the wall bracket and the heater are engaged correctly and that the unit is not hanging unevenly. The expected result is a stable, level fit with no movement when gently checked. If it remains loose, continue.
2. Inspect the wall surface for signs that the fixing is not secure, such as wobble, tilt or visible movement. The expected result is a firm installation that does not shift under normal use. If the heater still sits unevenly, continue.
3. Confirm that any feet, bracket or installation accessories supplied with the product are being used only as described in the manual. Do not improvise fixings or rest the heater in a way not intended by the manufacturer. The expected result is proper support in the approved position. If not, stop using the product.
4. Do not use the heater if it is loose, damaged or likely to fall. Stop using the product immediately if the mounting points look strained, the wall is cracked, or the heater has dropped from position.
5. Contact the retailer or store where it was purchased if the issue remains unresolved or safe use is uncertain.
