If the citrus juicer rocks, the worktop may be uneven, the non-slip feet may not be fully in contact, or the unit may not be assembled flatly. Because the appliance is meant to sit steady while you press fruit onto the cone, any movement should be corrected before you continue. fileciteturn0file3turn0file5
1. Check the surface
- Switch the juicer off.
- Move it to a flat, dry, stable surface.
- Confirm all feet touch the worktop evenly.
If the rocking stops on a better surface, the original position was the cause.
2. Inspect for trapped residue or an uneven base
- Unplug the appliance.
- Wipe away any juice or pulp underneath the base.
- Check for visible damage or distortion in the housing or feet.
If one foot is damaged or missing, stop using the appliance.
3. Reassemble and test gently
- Refit the jug and cone carefully.
- Test with one halved citrus fruit.
- Observe whether the machine stays still during light pressure.
If it still wobbles, slides or lifts, stop using it and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased. Do not keep holding the appliance in place while it runs.
