Why does my citrus juicer smell hot or give off a slight odour?

A brief warm smell at first use can happen after storage, but a strong hot, plastic or burning odour is not normal. 1. Stop and let it cool

1. Switch off the juicer at once.
2. Unplug it and allow it to cool fully.
