An unusual noise or strong vibration usually points to a trapped ingredient, an incorrect angle, or a mechanical issue inside the blade area. If the sound turns harsh, metallic or grinding, stop using the appliance straight away.
- Switch off and unplug the blender. Check the blade area and the container for hard pieces, foreign objects or dried residue. If the noise disappears after cleaning and removing debris, obstruction was the cause.
- Use a suitable container on a stable surface. If the blender calms down when the cup or bowl is steadied, the vessel was moving or tipping the appliance.
- Blend with smaller portions and keep the head immersed properly. If vibration reduces when the batch is smaller, the load was too heavy or the ingredients were circulating poorly.
- Inspect the detachable stick and any accessory connection. If it feels loose, does not lock properly or wobbles, stop using the appliance. A loose connection can quickly worsen.
- After cooling, run a short test with a small amount of soft food. If the sound remains rough or uneven, do not continue.
Stop using the product if you hear scraping, the shaft appears bent, the blade sits unevenly or the appliance vibrates so much that it is difficult to control. If the issue remains unresolved or safe use is uncertain, contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.
