Why is my Aerofryer not heating the food properly?

If your Aerofryer runs but the food stays undercooked, the usual causes are an incorrect temperature, too much food in the basket, or a basket or drawer that is not seated correctly. These checks are safe to do at home and often identify the problem quickly.

1. Confirm that you have set both the temperature and cooking time. Some models will not heat as expected if one of these has not been entered.
2. Reduce the quantity of food and spread it out evenly. Overfilling restricts airflow and slows cooking.
3. Check that the basket or pan is fully inserted and the door or drawer is closed properly.
4. If your food is very moist or coated in thick batter, pat dry where appropriate and retry with a smaller portion. Excess moisture can reduce browning and make the appliance seem weak.
5. If the unit still does not heat properly, stop using it and contact the retailer or store where it was purchased.

Expected result: the basket should heat evenly enough for food to cook through when the load is sensible and the settings are correct. If the cooking chamber stays cool or the appliance repeatedly stops heating, it needs further assessment.

Stop using the product if: you smell burning, the appliance trips the power, or the outside becomes unusually hot while the food remains cold.
