Before the reset, remove the battery from the door push for about 10 minutes, press the push a couple times to remove the residual voltage and put back the battery to start the reset.
Press and hold the volume button on your chime until it beeps twice.
Release it and re-press it again until the chime beeps once, the chime is now reset.
After the reset you can pair them together again.
Press and hold the volume button on your chime until it beeps twice.
Press the bell push within 60 seconds, the chime will ring to confirm the pairing.
Wait 60 seconds for the chime to exit the learning mode before repressing the bell push.
