Users

It is possible to add multiple users. This way all family members in your home that have a smartphone can use the Energy app.

Tip!
If you want to add a new user to the HomeWizard Energy app, make sure to sign them up with their own email address. (HomeWizard account)

Overview of users

You can see an overview of the users in your home under 'My home'.

1. Open the 'HomeWizard Energy' app
2. Navigate to 'Home Settings' by tapping the gear icon.
3. Tap 'My home' to see an overview of the users.

Adding users

Users added to your home have access to the devices in your home. 

1. Open the 'HomeWizard Energy' app
2. Navigate to 'Home Settings' by tapping the gear icon.
3. Tap 'My home'.
4. Select 'Add users' and enter the new user's email address.
5. The new user can now switch to the new house on the home screen in the Energy app.
