It is not possible to connect a HeatLink to the Link at this moment.
The development of thermostats and protocols has changed a lot since the launch of the HeatLink. We are seeing a growing group of users with thermostats that have a Wi-Fi connection. We also noticed that more and more manufacturers of boilers and thermostats are deviating further from the OpenTherm protocol with which HeatLink works. Due to this change in the market and the small group of HeatLink users, we are investigating which smart thermostats are used the most and the possibility to support these thermostats on the Link instead.
Can I still use my HeatLink?
You can keep using your HeatLink on the HomeWizard as you are used to.
