You can find your spare part order on the service site.

Log in with your email address and password.
Click on 'My account' and 'My orders'.
Open the drop down menu 'Oustanding orders' and click on the 'Search button'. If you cannot find your order than the order is in process and will be found under 'Order with posted invoice details' and click on the 'Search button'.
