The smart meter does not transmit the gas readings live, therefore it is not visible in the 'Now' screen display (not applicable). You can read the gas meter in the 'Day' screen display. With modern smart meters (smr 5), your gas measurement is updated every 5 minutes. With older smart meters (smr 4 or lower) it is refreshed every hour.
