Location name is the name you can give the HomeWizard Link. This name is used to inform auxiliary contacts when a smoke or water alert occurs. It is important that you give your home a recognisable name, a good name could be your street name or family name for example.
How do I give my house a name?
You can name your house with the following steps:
- Open the
'HomeWizard Link' app - Go to the
'My Home' tab at the bottom right of the screen. (automatically when opening app) - Navigate to
'Home Settings' by tapping the gear icon.- Press the
'Arrow' behind the picture with the house.- Tap 'Name' to change the name.
